Shipping Policy
To ensure a wide selection and efficient delivery, we ship products directly to you from our network of distributor warehouses across the country.
Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates for the Continental U.S.. We do not ship outside the U.S..
We offer flat-rate shipping options to provide clear and predictable costs for your order.

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be sent via 2-Day Air for a flat rate of $35.00.
Important Shipping Considerations
- Adult Signature Required: Certain regulated or age-restricted items, such as firearms, airguns, and tasers, require an Adult Signature upon delivery. A $5.00 fee will be added to these orders to cover this mandatory carrier service.
- PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Please select our Standard Ground Shipping option at checkout.
Return & Warranty Policy
How to Initiate a Return
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us First: You must request a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending any product back. Please contact us at [Your Customer Service Email Address] or through our website’s contact form within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Receive Your RA Number: We will provide you with an RA number and specific instructions on where to send the return. Items sent back without a valid RA number cannot be accepted.
- Package Your Return: All returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
Warranty Claims & Defective Items
Port Angeles Trading Company does not offer a direct warranty on the products we sell. All warranties are provided by the product’s manufacturer.
If you receive an item that you believe is defective or requires warranty service, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly to initiate a claim. This is the most efficient way to have your product repaired or replaced.
